beem Light Sauna River Oaks is a light-therapy sauna studio at 2800 Kirby Drive in Houston that combines infrared heat with red, green and blue light and chromotherapy. First-time clients receive a second session free with their first purchase, and memberships run from four sessions a month at $129 to unlimited sessions at $199. Open Monday to Thursday 8 AM to 8 PM, Friday 8 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 11 AM to 5 PM.
