Akasha Wellbeing, Mamilla Hotel

Akasha is the holistic wellness centre of the Mamilla Hotel by Jaffa Gate, with its own street entrance on Alrov Mamilla Avenue. It pairs five treatment rooms with a hammam and wet sauna, run as separate steam areas for men and women, relaxation rooms, a mosaic-walled indoor pool, a private couples' pool, a Technogym gym and yoga and Pilates studios. The spa is open daily from 10:00 to 18:00 and the centre takes members as well as hotel guests.
