Renaissance Spa Sandton
A day spa on the 8th floor of Michelangelo Towers on Maude Street in Sandton, trading since 1985. Every booked treatment includes complimentary use of its heated spa pool, sauna and steam room, and its signature Rasul chamber hosts a traditional mud-and-steam ritual. The menu covers massages, facials, body treatments, couples' packages and memberships, so the wet facilities come with a treatment rather than as a separate entry.
Houghton Spa
The spa of The Houghton Hotel in Houghton Estate, open to day visitors as well as hotel guests. Its amenities include a sauna, a steam room, an indoor heated pool inside the spa and an outdoor Zen pool reserved for spa guests. The facilities are complimentary with qualifying treatment bookings and can be used on their own for a surcharge; under-18s are not admitted to the amenities area. The spa trades daily from 9 AM to 8 PM.

Day guests may use the hydro facilities for up to two hours with treatments worth R1,200 or more, and swimwear must be worn there at all times. Groups are limited to four people.
