Pamukkale Hamam

A small privately run Turkish hamam in Waldbronn-Neurod, south of Karlsruhe, with a hamam, a sauna and a whirlpool plus a shisha lounge. Each treatment starts with a wash on the heated marble navel stone, followed by half an hour resting on it. The entry package costs 35 euros for three hours of hamam, sauna and whirlpool without massage. Open daily 10:00 to 23:00; Wednesday is women's day, and the owners ask guests to book ahead.
