Rune Sauna

Rune Sauna is a small Norwegian-inspired sauna on the Kiellinie waterfront, on the grounds of the Kieler Kanu-Klub beside the public bathing spot. Guests book one-hour drop-in sessions for up to 15 people at 85 to 90 °C and cool off in the Kiel Fjord or under a garden shower. Unlike most German saunas, swimwear is required. Formats include silent and FLINTA* sessions, birch-whisk Banja ceremonies and Aufguss evenings; private hire costs €150 per hour.
