Sage Sauna

Small, locally owned wood-fired outdoor sauna in South Knoxville, set beside Trailhead Beer Market. Guests take 10–15 minute rounds in a western red cedar sauna, then cool off under an outdoor shower or in the breeze and rest by a chiminea fireplace. Social sessions are capped at eight people and cost $26; the sauna can also be booked privately for up to ten. It runs seasonally: the 2026–27 winter season begins on 1 November, with hours varying by date.
