Description
Nordic-style bathhouse in a former bowstring-truss laundry building just north of downtown Knoxville. A two-hour Thermal Cycle rotates between traditional saunas kept around 185°F, where guests may add water to the rocks, cold plunges at 45–50°F and a lounge with heated furniture. Private sauna rooms and massage are also offered. A non-sheer swimsuit is required. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability; closed on Wednesdays.
