Kobe Harborland Onsen Manyo Club fills floors 7 to 16 of the Promena Kobe building at Harborland with natural alkaline onsen baths, a carbonated bath, bedrock baths and a sauna with a television. The rooftop footbath garden, 105 m above the ground, looks over Kobe Port Tower. The complex is open 24 hours a day all year, with the large baths open from 5:00 to 2:00; a full-day set costs ¥2,950 plus bathing tax.
