Himaláj centrum is a massage and relaxation centre in a courtyard on Kováčska street in the Old Town. Alongside massages, cosmetics and a small organic café, it has a salt room and an infrared cabin lined with Himalayan salt walls, which runs at 40–50 °C. A 30-minute session in the salt infrared sauna costs €16.50, and a 75-minute package combines the infrared cabin, the salt room and a salt peeling. Open Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Saturday by appointment.
Sauna La Vita
Sauna La Vita is an independent sauna in the OC Tip-Top building on Československej armády, with its own entrance from the tram line side. It has a Finnish sauna, a steam sauna and an infrared cabin, a cooling pool kept below 15 °C, a rest room and a tea room, plus massages and wraps. The sauna area is a swimwear-free zone. Two hours in the Finnish and steam saunas cost €14.50. Tuesday and Saturday afternoons start with a women-only session and Friday ends with a men-only session.

Sauna Terasa is an independent sauna on the first floor of the OD Terasa building on Trieda SNP, above the Fresh grocery. It has a Finnish sauna at 90–100 °C, a eucalyptus steam room, a herbal sauna, an infrared cabin, a cooling plunge pool, a quiet rest room, a tea room and an outdoor terrace. The sauna area is swimwear-free. A 2-hour entry costs €17.50 (1 hour €13.20). Open daily from 3:30 PM (Sunday 3:00 PM) to 9:00 PM; the sauna can be rented privately outside opening hours.
3ple centrum Optima
3ple centrum is a fitness, massage and wellness centre in the OC Optima shopping centre on Moldavská cesta. Its wellness covers more than 400 m² with two Finnish saunas, a steam sauna, a salt steam cabin and an infrared sauna, plus a ten-seat jacuzzi, an ice machine, a Kneipp walk, a cooling pool at 10–15 °C and a tepidarium, for up to 60 people. One hour costs €15 and two hours €26; private entry for two and whole-centre hire are offered. Wellness hours are 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM on weekdays.

Košický wellness is a community spa of about 350 m² inside the National Olympic Swimming Centre, the rebuilt former city pool. It has a Finnish sauna, a ceramic infrared sauna and a steam sauna, two four-person whirlpools, a cooling pool, an ice fountain, a Kneipp bath and rest rooms with a fireplace. Swimwear is not allowed in the wellness. Afternoon entry costs €10.50 per hour, and the whole spa can be booked for a closed group from €150 per hour. Open daily 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
NOVA Premium Spa & Wellness
NOVA Premium Spa & Wellness occupies 745 m² on the first floor of the Cassovar business centre on Žriedlová street. It has five saunas: a Finnish dry sauna at 85–90 °C, a Swedish dry sauna at 90–100 °C, an infrared sauna, a Greek aromatic steam room and a Turkish salt steam room, plus two whirlpools, a cooling pool, a cold-water bucket and a tepidarium. Swimwear is not allowed in the wellness area. One hour costs €24 and two hours €34. Open daily 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

It has five saunas: two steam rooms, a herbal sauna, an infrared sauna and a Finnish sauna, along with the Baptisterium swimming pool with counter-current, the Coliseum whirlpool and a tepidarium. Entry costs €14 for one hour or €26 for two. It is open to the public Thursday to Sunday 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM; Monday to Wednesday and late evenings are reserved for private bookings.

ASTORIA FIT&GYM is a 1,100 m² fitness centre on the first floor of OC Astória on Južná trieda, five minutes' walk from the centre. Any gym entry, including a single visit at €8 without registration, includes free use of a Finnish sauna and an infrared sauna, a rest room and massage chairs. The Finnish sauna runs from 6:00 AM to 8:30 PM and is closed on Fridays for cleaning; from June to August it is heated on request. Entry to the sauna is with a towel or sheet only.
