The Steigenberger Icon Grandhotel Handelshof in Leipzig's old town has a 350 m² Spa World Premium beneath the hotel's historic vaults, with a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, a steam bath, relaxation areas and a fitness area. Hotel guests use it free; outside visitors can book a Day Spa for €49 per person through reception, subject to availability. From May to October it opens at 3:30 PM on weekdays; in winter it opens at 10:00 AM daily.
