It has eight saunas and steam baths, including a 95 °C Kelo sauna and an 80 °C earth sauna in the sauna garden, three Finnish saunas from 75 to 100 °C, a eucalyptus sauna and a biosanarium, with up to 20 Aufguss sessions a day and a warm and cold water pool outdoors. It opens daily from 10 am to 10 pm, with a monthly midnight sauna; pool plus sauna costs from EUR 23 for two hours.

The sauna in the Sportbad an der Elster is a municipal sauna run by Leipziger Sportbäder in the west of Leipzig. It has a 90 °C Finnish sauna, a 60 °C bio sauna and a 50 °C steam bath; the ticket covers the sauna only, not the pool. Thursdays are women only. It opens Monday to Thursday from 2 pm to 10 pm, Friday 8 am to 9 pm, Saturday 11 am to 4 pm and Sunday 8 am to 8 pm; 3.5 hours cost EUR 18.

The sauna in the Grünauer Welle is a municipal sauna run by Leipziger Sportbäder in the Grünau pool complex. It has a 90 °C Finnish sauna, a 60 °C bio sauna, a 50 °C steam bath, a plunge pool and an atrium, and the ticket includes use of the swimming pool. Mondays are women only. It opens Monday to Thursday from midday (Wednesday 7 am) to 10 pm, Friday to 9 pm and weekends 10 am to 8 pm; 3.5 hours cost EUR 18.
