Piscine Plein Sud is a municipal pool on Boulevard Eugène Duthoit in Lille-Sud, with a six-lane 25 m pool for lane swimming, a learning and leisure pool and outdoor decks. Its wellness area has a sauna, a hammam and a relaxation zone, at 5 EUR per entry for Lille residents and 8 EUR for others, or 46 EUR for a ten-entry card. Opening is split into several sessions a day; swim caps are compulsory and swim shorts are not allowed.

Centre nautique Calypso is an intercommunal pool in Wasquehal, north-east of Lille, run by the same syndicate as Roubaix's Thalassa centre. Besides a four-lane 25 m pool it has an adults-only détente pool with two whirlpool baths, a current channel and massage jets, plus two saunas and cold showers. Pool plus détente costs 12 EUR for adults and 10 EUR for students and retirees. The détente area keeps shorter hours than the pool and swim caps are compulsory.
Spa by Hermitage Gantois
The Spa by Hermitage Gantois belongs to the five-star hotel set in a listed 15th-century hospice on Rue Pierre Mauroy. Besides treatment rooms it has a heated indoor pool and a hammam. Outside visitors reach them by booking a treatment: access to the pool and hammam is included for an hour before it starts. Treatments use Olivier Claire and Comfort Zone products, and the pool opens from 7 AM to 9 PM.
