Description
Copper Well Retreat is a holistic day spa on nine wooded acres off Cantrell Road in west Little Rock. Alongside massage, facials and yoga, it runs a medical-grade full-spectrum infrared sauna with near, mid and far infrared and six preset programmes. A sauna appointment costs $45 on its own or $10 added to another service, with 30 to 45 minutes of heat inside a 60-minute slot. Open Monday 9am to 1pm, Tuesday to Friday 9am to 7pm, weekends 9am to 5pm.
