Winc Beauty + Wellness is a lash, skincare and wellness bar on Kavanaugh Boulevard in the Heights neighbourhood. Its wellness menu includes an infrared sauna, which the shop calls its hot box, booked in 30-minute sessions from $44, alongside reiki, meditation and a VibroAcoustic sound therapy bed. Infrared heat runs at roughly 115 to 135°F. Open Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 5pm, Wednesday and Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 2pm, Monday by appointment.
