Arc Canary Wharf

Arc is a communal contrast therapy club on Minus Level 2 of 1 Crossrail Place in Canary Wharf, next to Barry's and Everyman Cinema. Its large sauna holds 60 people, and sessions move between the heat, ice baths and a lounge built around a central altar with herbal teas. Guided sessions add meditation, breathwork, stretching, aromatherapy and sound therapy, with free-flow sessions and evening socials too. Single passes, class packs and memberships are sold; a three-class intro pack is £49.
