Skuna Sauna & Cold Plunge

Skuna runs London's floating saunas at West India Quay in Canary Wharf: two wood-fired sauna boats, the larger seating up to 16 people and the smaller 7, with rooftop cold plunge pools at 3 to 6 °C and a traditional cold bucket shower. Shared 75-minute drop-in sessions cost from £15 per person and the larger boat can be hired privately for £250 on weekdays or £300 at weekends. The sauna operates daily from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM.
