Its authentic steam room is kept at around 70 °C with 40 to 60 percent humidity and is paired with an icy cold plunge pool, the signature parenie treatment with leafy birch bundles, massages and body scrubs, and lounges serving Eastern European food and herbal teas. Sessions start from £35 for 90 minutes or £55 for a three-hour build-your-own visit; open every day 9:30 AM to 10:30 PM.
