Porchester Spa

Porchester Spa in the Grade II* listed Porchester Centre on Queensway in Bayswater opened in 1929 and is London's oldest spa; an £800,000 restoration recreated its 1920s character. It has two steam rooms, three Turkish bath hot rooms (Tepidarium, Caldarium and Laconium), a sauna, a cold plunge pool and a relaxation lounge, for over-18s only. Days alternate between men-only, women-only and a mixed Sunday; adult entry is £31.95, open 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM weekdays and to 8:00 PM at weekends.
