Banya No.1 Hoxton

Banya No.1 in Hoxton is London's first Russian banya, on Micawber Street near Old Street. Its high-humidity parnaya steam sauna is paired with an icy cold plunge pool and cold bucket showers, and the signature parenie treatment uses bundles of birch, oak and eucalyptus twigs. Public sauna and plunge sessions of 90 minutes start from £35, packages with parenie from £85, and the private Taiga spa suite takes groups of up to ten. Open daily 9:30 AM to 10:30 PM.
