Sauna&Plunge

Sauna&Plunge is an underground social wellness space on Tabernacle Street in Shoreditch, three minutes from Old Street station. It pairs a Finnish sauna at 85 °C and an infrared sauna at 60 °C with six 3D-printed cold plunges set at 12, 6 and 3 °C, alongside a café lounge and a studio for yoga, Pilates, breathwork and soundbath classes. Contrast sessions are bought as credits from £22 to £26 each or through memberships.
