The FAVORITE Parkhotel is a family-run four-star superior hotel beside the Mainz Stadtpark. Its 250 m² spa, which sits alongside the hotel's indoor pool, has a 90 °C sauna, an infrared cabin, a steam bath, a rest area and a massage room, and a rooftop spa adds a 75 °C sauna and a whirlpool above the city. The spa is for hotel guests, but day visitors can book the Day Spa Plus day room, 9:00 to 18:00, at 135 € for two people plus a 5 € energy charge, breakfast included.
