Yoga Spot AZ

Yoga Spot is a hot yoga and mat Pilates studio on East Elliot Road in Gilbert that also runs a full-spectrum infrared sauna and a cold plunge for recovery. Non-members can book drop-in sauna or cold plunge sessions, separately or together, through the studio's MindBody schedule, so a visit does not require a yoga class or membership.
