Milano Urban Gym

Milano Urban Gym is a fitness club in the Maggiolina district, a short walk from Milano Centrale, with more than 200 m2 of Technogym equipment, two group-course studios and a 20-metre, three-lane pool. Beside the pool, its thermarium relax area has a sauna, a Turkish bath and a hydromassage tub. A non-competitive sports medical certificate is required to use the club, which opens 7 AM to 10:30 PM on most weekdays and has shorter weekend hours.
