QC Spa Milano, long known as QC Termemilano, sits by the 16th-century Spanish walls near Porta Romana in a Liberty-style complex. Its wellness path includes Le Stube, a pine-scented sauna modelled on Valtellina houses, a bio-sauna inside a historic Milan tram carriage, a hay bio-sauna, an outdoor hydromassage pool with glass walls onto the old walls and an indoor cinema pool. Entry runs from 48 EUR in the evening to 68 EUR with no time limit and includes an evening aperitivo.
