Description
AWELL is a health club and holistic medspa in the Historic Third Ward combining a fitness centre with skincare, massage, assisted stretching and recovery. It has two infrared saunas and a cold plunge for contrast therapy, open to members and guests: a single guest sauna session costs $30, or $270 for a month unlimited. Fitness members have key-fob access from 5:15am to 10pm daily.
