Thrive Sauna

Thrive Sauna is a small private infrared sauna studio on North Port Washington Road. Its single eucalyptus-wood sauna seats up to three and combines full-spectrum near, mid and far infrared with red light therapy and chromotherapy, with six preset programmes. Sessions are booked in a lockable private room; one or two companions can be added for $25 each. There is no shower, but towels and body wipes are provided.
