Spa Le Nid'O

Spa Le Nid'O is the day spa of the Club 7 sports complex in Montpellier's Aiguelongue district, ten minutes from the centre. Its wet area has an eucalyptus-scented sauna with chromotherapy, a mosaic hammam under a starry ceiling, an experience shower with a cold jet, and a 31°C relaxation pool with jets and counter-current swimming. One hour of sauna and hammam costs 39 EUR, or 49.90 EUR for two hours including the pool. Open Monday to Saturday from 10 AM.
