Ark Land Spa is the hot-spring and spa park of the i+Land nagasaki resort on Iojima island, linked to the city by bridge and by a free bus from Nagasaki Station. Its natural onsen baths include an 18 m sea-view open-air bath. Sauna options are an EX-PRO tent sauna with self-löyly and three aromas, a Thai herbal steam tent, and family baths with their own private sauna. A swimsuit spa theme park adds pools for ¥200 more. Entry is ¥800 weekdays and ¥1,000 weekends; open 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Renaissance Nagasaki CocoWalk is a members' fitness club on the 4th floor of the CocoWalk mall at Morimachi, with a gym, studios, a pool and a bathing area on one floor. The men's bath has a dry sauna with rest chairs and the women's a mist sauna. Entry is for members and holders of corporate one-day passes or club tickets. Open Tuesday to Friday 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Saturday to 9:00 PM, Sunday and holidays to 8:00 PM; closed Mondays.
