O'Studio offers a bookable 30-minute wellness session combining a full-spectrum infrared sauna and hammam. Guests can alternate freely between the two rooms; the current single-session price is €25. The venue also runs Pilates, yoga and other small-group exercise classes near Nancy's Rives de Meurthe.
