WellNess Sport Club Nantes Cité des Congrès is a premium gym on rue Fouré with more than 160 group classes a week, a heated pool for aquabiking and aquagym, and a wellness area with a sauna and a hammam in free access. The wellness area is included in the gym membership rather than sold as a separate entry. The club opens 7 AM to 10 PM on weekdays, 8 AM to 8 PM on Saturday and 8 AM to 5 PM on Sunday.
