Othership Williamsburg

Othership Williamsburg brings the Toronto-born guided sauna and ice bath format to 25 Kent Avenue in Brooklyn, near Domino Park. Facilitators lead group rounds of heat, cold plunge and breathwork: the Western Red Cedar performance sauna reaches 185°F with aromatic snowballs and eight ice baths are held between 32 and 40°F, followed by rest in the tea lounge. Drop-in sessions and multi-session packs are sold, with an intro two-week pass at $135, and private events can be booked.
