A day spa on the first floor at 169 Pacific Highway, Charlestown, south of central Newcastle. Its private infrared sauna is booked as a 40-minute ritual for one ($89) or two ($149), and can be paired with a private hydrotherapy spa bath in the Sauna & Soak Ritual. Massages, facials and head spa treatments make up the rest of the menu. It opens Tuesday to Saturday and is closed Sunday and Monday.
