A CrossFit, Hyrox, Pilates and yoga gym on George Street, Highfields, west of the city centre, which lists an infrared sauna and ice baths under its recovery services alongside massage and physiotherapy. Sauna sessions are booked through the gym. It opens 5am to 9pm on weekdays and 7am to 2pm at the weekend.
