The Forum Spa and Forum Health Club sit inside the Celtic Manor Resort at Coldra Woods above the Usk Valley. The health club has a 20 m pool, a children's pool, what it calls the largest freeform spa bath in Europe, and changing rooms each with their own sauna, steam room and spa bath.
