N Le Spa – Le Negresco

N Le Spa is the art-themed spa of Le Negresco on the Promenade des Anglais, with a daylit pool that plays music underwater and a wet area with a sauna, a hammam and experience showers. Visitors who are not staying at the hotel can use the wet area for an hour before booking a treatment of at least 90 minutes, a signature treatment or an immersive yoga session. It opens daily 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM and swimwear is compulsory in the wet area.
