Spa Les Terrasses d'Eze

The spa of the Hôtel Les Terrasses d'Eze, on the road above Èze about 10 km east of Nice, runs a Roman-bath style circuit of about two hours around a 32°C hydromassage pool. Four heat rooms follow in turn: a tepidarium, a hammam bubble, a 60°C bio sauna and a 90°C Finnish sauna, then an ice wall and ice fountain and a Himalayan salt relaxation room. Outside visitors pay 75 EUR, or 650 EUR for ten visits; no under-16s.
