RR Conditioning & SPA is a members' conditioning club in the Mori-no-machi Plaza, Shimoishii, whose private spa and sauna rooms can be booked by visitors. Designed with the sauna brand TTNE, each room combines changing, a 100°C dry sauna and cooling: the VIP room (up to 6) has a natural hot-spring jacuzzi and a 16°C, 80 cm-deep cold bath. A 90-minute private sauna room costs ¥8,800. It opens 10:00 am to 10:00 pm on weekdays and to 9:00 pm at weekends, closed Tuesdays.

Okayama Momotaro Onsen is a hot-spring inn and day bathhouse in Musa, Kita-ku, drawing 380 litres a minute of alkaline simple spring water, run free-flowing with no added water. Six bath types include a hinoki open-air bath and rock bath; there is a dry sauna with a chilled spring-water cold bath beside it, and a Korean-style low-temperature stone sauna. A popular-theatre (taishu engeki) stage runs most days. Day bathing costs ¥1,100, 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
