An Ayurvedic spa inside Lake Nona Performance Club on Chopra Terrace. The relaxation area holds a Himalayan salt sauna, a steam room and a bubbling whirlpool, and the programme runs Ayurvedic yoga, meditation, sound bowl healing, reformer Pilates and barre. Non-member treatments start at $115 for a 60-minute massage. Open 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM on weekdays.
