Palazzo Santamarina is a luxury suite hotel off pedestrian Via Maqueda whose spa route runs through a restored Second World War air-raid shelter. It holds a thermal pool with two waterfalls, a Roman tepidarium with seats at 26° and 36°C, an emotional shower, a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath and a temperature-controlled Himalayan salt room. A private couples' spa adds a hydromassage pool and a couples' Finnish sauna. The site does not say whether non-guests can book.
