Description
Optimyze Arcadia is a coached contrast therapy center on East Indian School Road in Phoenix's Arcadia neighborhood. A one-hour Center Session includes a full spectrum infrared sauna, cold water therapy, warm water therapy, compression, red light and PEMF, with staff guiding guests through the Optimyze protocol. A first visit costs $35 for Greater Phoenix residents and other sessions are $69. Open seven days, weekdays 7 AM to 7 PM with a midday break.
