Optimyze North Phoenix

Optimyze North Phoenix is a coached wellness center on North 32nd Street near Thunderbird Road. Its one-hour sessions combine a full spectrum infrared sauna and a red light and near infrared sauna with cold water therapy, warm water hydrotherapy, compression, red light and PEMF, guided by coaching staff. A first visit is $35 for Greater Phoenix residents with an Arizona ID and all other sessions cost $69. Open daily, weekdays 8 AM to 7 PM and weekends 7 AM to 4 PM.
