Description
Breathe is a thermal wellness spa in Cherngtalay set around an open-air pool among palms. The circuit pairs a traditional Finnish sauna at 90°C with a steam room, ice baths held at 3°C and magnesium mineral baths at 38–40°C. A 650 THB day pass covers all of it with towel and locker, walk-ins are welcome daily 9 AM to 10 PM, and private suites with their own infrared sauna rent for 3,000 THB an hour. Women get half price on Thursdays.
