Description
EMPOWER is a gym and recovery spa a few minutes from Kamala Beach, with an air-conditioned training floor, group fitness and a NOURISH cafe. Its recovery zone has an infrared sauna, a steam room, an onsen and ice baths, and a 500 THB Recovery Only day pass buys one continuous session with a towel, no gym needed. Recovery is open daily 10 AM to 8:30 PM, last entry 7:30 PM.
