Description
KONG is an open-air strength and conditioning gym in the rubber trees off Soi Ta Ied, Chalong's Fitness Street. Its recovery garden has an infrared sauna, a traditional sauna cabin with a stone heater and two dedicated ice tubs. Walk-ins can buy sauna and ice bath access for 250 THB without a class, or add it to a coached session for 200 THB.
