Regen Spa is a stand-alone recovery spa on Soi Ta-ied, Chalong's 'Fitness Street', aimed at people training at the gyms around it. A day pass gives unlimited use of its saunas, steam room, cold plunges, pool and recovery lounge for 450 THB, with week passes at 1,500 THB and month passes at 3,200 THB; massage buyers get half off the day pass. Open daily 7 AM to midnight.
