Description
The Aqua Spa at China Fleet Country Club in Saltash, across the Tamar from Plymouth, is a thermal suite with a Finnish sauna, a laconium, a herbal lounge, aroma and salt steam rooms, heated tepidarium loungers, foot spas, experience showers, an ice chute and a spa pool, with the swimming pool included. Visitors pay £30 for a two-hour session (minimum age 16; bring your own robe and towels), and members have access as part of full health club membership.
