A family sports complex in Lebourgneuf, running for 46 years, with a gym, group classes, spinning, tennis, pickleball and badminton under one roof. Each changing room has a sauna: a dry sauna on the women's side and a steam Finnish sauna on the men's. Access is through membership. From September to May it opens 6 AM to midnight on weekdays and 7 AM to 10 PM at weekends, with shorter summer hours.
