Description
New Zealand's first floating sauna, moored at St Omer Wharf on Lake Whakatipu, a three-minute walk from central Queenstown. The pontoon carries two glass-fronted Finnish-style saunas at around 85°C, the North sauna for up to 6 and the South for up to 14, with cool rooms, lake-fed cold showers, waterfall buckets and ladders for a plunge straight into the lake. Shared 75-minute sessions start from 6:30am at NZ$65; either sauna can be booked privately.
