Esprit Wellness & Spa at Crowne Plaza Reading East

Esprit Wellness & Spa is the leisure club of the Crowne Plaza Reading East hotel at Winnersh Triangle, next to the station between Reading and Wokingham. It has a 19-metre heated indoor pool, a sauna and a steam room with a starry-night ceiling and essence dosing, a Life Fitness gym and treatment rooms. Non-residents use it through spa days, which include sauna and steam, or monthly gym membership.
