Description
The Horse Box Sauna is a wood-fired Nordic sauna built into a converted horsebox, with external cold plunge pods, run by a Berkshire sports therapist. It holds regular public sessions at Reading RFC in Sonning on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 9:30 PM, open to club members and non-members, in 25-minute slots that can be doubled. The stove heats the cabin up to 100 °C for about six people; swimwear is required. The whole sauna can also be hired privately.
